Lagos — Globacom has disclosed that about 28,000 Nigerians have responded to the fundraising appeal it launched a fortnight ago to help the unfortunate victims of the recent earthquake in Haiti. Globacom's Head, Value Added Services, Mr. Samson Isa, disclosed that over 28,000 Nigerians have so far responded to the fundraising appeal by sending the word HAITI to 33090, a special short code created for the purpose.
